I recently returned from Iceland this summer and wanted to share my experience. If you can remember I went for the first time back in the dead of winter(January). Crossing the arctic circle on our Scandinavian tour was a pretty exciting point for me. On our arrival in Kuusamo, the airport was as tiny and empty as you could imagine. It was 9:30pm and we still had to pick up our rental car. Luckily it was right across from baggage claim. We loaded the car and headed to our cabin in isolated parts of Ruka. It’s a been awhile, but I’m finally back! 3 weeks in Scandinavia flew by like a daydream. From packing to planning and everything in between. I’ve been to Paris in spring, summer and winter. Undeniably, Paris is one of my favorite places in any season. Paris is adorned with gorgeous blooms in spring. The weather is a bit chilly in the evenings still but perfect when paired with your favorite scarf and light sweater. Summer offers a lot more sunshine but also gets very crowded.
