It was only this time last year when I was in Belize. What was booked spontaneously for my honey’s birthday, became a truly unforgettable memory for us both. I woke up this morning wishing that the sun would beam brightly through the window shades. That I could walk outside, slide open the glass door, see the pool and open waters with the sun rising above the dock…But none of that happened so I went back through my photos and relived the moments all over again as I laid there. I just returned from New York City and wanted to jot some of my favorites places down since I know it’s been awhile since my last post. New York City is one of my favorite places to find great food! This is the 5th time back and though I love exploring new options, there are places I can’t help but return to. Once you get to paradise, you’ll wish you’d book to stay just a bit longer. Last May/June I got to go on the most unbelievable trip ever with the most incredible women, my mom! She is definitely a trooper and quite the backpacker I didn’t realize she’d be. We traveled the 7 seas(or what seemed like it) and finally landed in the Philippines. This was the beginning…
